Why I got interested in Left Handed Guitars

I'm the happy and proud grand-father of Tony who just turned 4.
I've been observing his behavior these last few months and noticed that he uses his left hand for most of his activities. He seems more comfortable with his left hand than his right one. At the beginning, I was trying to impose on him by putting the pen or pencil into his right hand every time he would use his left hand to draw or write. I finally realized that it's not a good thing to do and one should let the kid express himself with the hand he is the most comfortable with.
When he was 3, I had brought him a toy guitar (of course right handed) that he loves and keeps on playing with it. There is no need to tell you that he holds it upside down like a left handed person would. He loves music and he is always dancing and making believe he is playing the guitar when he is watching a concert on TV, singing along and every thing. From what I see, I'll have to register him soon for guitar lessons and buy him a real guitar.
For the past few months, I have been looking for the different options, whether I should have him start with a left handed guitar, or use a right handed guitar with the strings reversed, or force him into learning a right handed guitar as is. I searched so much that I have decided to create a website that search ebay listings for left handed guitars so parents of young left handed potential musicians can choose amongst a wide range of brands and models.
Anyone with previous experience with a left handed child in their family is welcome to post their story and advice as to how to deal with the situation.
